## Summary

cpukit: Move FatFs core to cpukit/contrib

Move the upstream FatFs third-party sources from
cpukit/libfs/src/fatfs to cpukit/contrib/fatfs.

Keep the RTEMS-specific integration layer in libfs and
update the build specification and include paths accordingly.
