Thanks looks great now a lot easier to review and going forward we'll be able to easily update the HAL thanks for making these changes.  There's a few comments made by Joel about rtems-tester and the docs as well but someone will review this soon as we can. https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/merge_requests/877#note_138137
