Hi @joel,

Confirming that I have access and was able to export the `Outstanding+Issues.csv` file successfully.

I am now analysing the CSV structure to map the columns (CID, File, Function, Description) to the GitLab issue format. I will start drafting the parser script this weekend and share a prototype soon.
