I have now also created merge requests to add the BSP to the Users Guide https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/docs/rtems-docs/-/merge_requests/208 and to add a line to the release notes (assuming it will be in 7.1) https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems-release/-/merge_requests/34
