Two things:
* You should not have to create a new MR. This happened perhaps because you have sent your MR from your `main` branch. You should not create MRs from `main`, instead you should push a new branch to your fork.
* The format pipeline stage is failing. Please check the output/use the `mdformat` tool to prepare a proper submission. You may inquire on discourse if you need more guidance how to do that.
