## Summary

source-builder/config: Improve support for FreeBSD

The differing environment in FreeBSD produces slightly different package
config paths in some cases. Add these paths so that these paths are
correctly located when building on FreeBSD.

Updates #147

config: Update packages for arm64 platforms

These packages needed to be updated to support the use of "arm64" as the
platform as an alias for "aarch64" since it is used by at least FreeBSD.

This doesn't fully fix the build on FreeBSD, but significantly improves the situation.
