Hello @amar! 

I’ve been reviewing open issues to choose one that will help me better understand the RTEMS project architecture. This particular issue seems like a good candidate to get started. However, I was unable to locate the functions `rtems_bsp_enable_interrupt`, `rtems_bsp_disable_interrupt`, or `rtems_bsp_select_specific_io` anywhere in the current codebase.

Because of this, I’m wondering whether the issue is already outdated or has been resolved and effectively closed. Could you please clarify the current status of this issue or point me to where these functions might have been moved or renamed?
