## Summary

bsps/powerpc/motorola_powerpc: add Doxygen headers and categorize BSP

This commit adds missing Doxygen file headers and @ingroup tags
to categorize the Motorola PowerPC and MVME3100 BSPs. This
follows the maintainer feedback to strictly provide documentation.
