I guess for the contrib movement, a more succint tag might have been `contrib,cpukit/jffs2:` with the second part defined as a significant component descriptor of some variety. In that case, the `spec/` changes were secondary to the movement of code from `cpukit/` to `contrib/`. You'd only specify `spec/` if the change was focused there.
