I do not disagree on the tests. We will need to run them. But we do not run any tests on newlib now. 

I am hoping this can be layered into our standard RSB build. That would require safelibc to be able to be built multilib. 

I really do not want to pull the code out and distribute it to newlib and RTEMS.
