LibBSD | rtems_waf: Update to origin/main (!147)

Mainly for the `./waf uninstall` to work. Looks like it was updated in rtems_waf, but it doesn't work with 7-freebsd-org branch because the changes weren't pulled. Updating to latest rtems_waf fixes it
