## Summary

bsps/aarch64/raspberrypi: Add framebuffer support 

Add support for the framebuffer using VideoCore mailbox property interface.
The changes are split into three separate commits:
- Add mailbox property tag iterator helper
- Add framebuffer-specific mailbox property tags
- Add framebuffer driver
