I believe this warning is coming from Sebastian's recent newlib change
https://sourceware.org/pipermail/newlib-cvs/2026q2/005558.html

He bumped newlib in https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/tools/rtems-source-builder/-/commit/27a5997a33e6f50fcf334d9b60923975e9e94d90


This warning doesn't show up with the current main of RSB.
