RTEMS | Complete the u-boot support for qoriq BSP (!1046)

Code is updated. I tested the mvme2500 board u-boot support by adding the following line to the hellow world sample program:

printf( "ip address is  %s\n",bsp_uboot_getenv("ipaddr"));
