## Summary

rtems-gcc-15.3-newlib-head.cfg: Correct newlib version

Somehow 7 and next were using different newlib hash's with next's
being older.  Newlib hash 7d4336cf and gcc_build_date of 2026.06.12
now match 7 and edge.
