LibBSD | waf: Fix python escaping in waf_libbsd.py (!151)

The use of `sed` is in a build target that has dependencies. If you can get `waf` to use python with a `rule=` task using a python function then please create a issue and MR. I think this MR is valid as if fixes an issue in the code we have that python raises. This change can be back ported.
