Not yet! For this MR I just focused on getting libsafec.a and the headers building cleanly. I had to skip the upstream test suite since things like syslog were breaking bare-metal linking. I am thinking  to write a simple RTEMS test app to check functions like `strcpy_s` on `sparc/erc32`, and I'll share it soon!
