## Summary

This issue provides a tracking page for all work pertaining to the addition of the new directive, rtems_task_get_cpu_usage(), under the Classic RTEMS API.

The need for this directive arises from my GSoC work in adding support for the Scrutiny Debugger Instrumentation library. Part of this project is to instrument certain metrics to Scrutiny. 

In order to make the job of instrumenting raw numeric metrics easier, some additions such as this may be necessary. In terms of general use, this directive will be a great addition for more ease in retrieving metrics regarding CPU usage, instead of relying solely on printer functions.
