@gedare @wmthornton-dev, I've finished with the testsuite, it covers two tasks, one gets pre-empted by the other and they return accurate measurements of cpu time used, this should be enough to show functionality (if you guys agree). Tested on the leon3 BSP using SIS

Also, I have no idea what's wrong with the pipeline warning, I think it's trying to compare the .yml file to two space indents which is against RTEMS formatting so I don't think it's something wrong on my end but I'm not sure
