I can confirm that LwIP with these enhancements works on TMS570LS3137 HDK. The netstart01 has been used on arm/tms570ls3137_hdk_sdram BSP.

I have quickly glimpsed on TMS570LC4357 HDK and its MII pin napping corresponds to TMS570LS3137 HDK.

So generally changes are great but pimux selection commit

has to be redone. The condition 
```
#if TMS570_VARIANT == 4357
```
is incorrect. I have some problems with TMS570LC4357 due unfinished OpenOCD Flashing for it.

May be @thnkslprpt could help there. Do you have TMS570LC4357 HDK or other board witch the chip with Ethenet? Are you interested in Ethenet on TMS570 systems so have some motivation in LwIP testing?
