The main objective is to add a flag for stale commits. Instead of just adding a `stale` flag, if we add `status::` scope, it allows for adding some more status related flags similar to the ones mentioned.

We can skip `status::draft` for now and think of any other status flags later. This work item is to get it started for at least stale and blocked flags.

We might also add a status::wip for work-in-progress MRs that are part of a bigger project, but standalone otherwise
