I’ve tested it on the hardware. It seems to be working fine.
Unfortunately, I’ve had the crash again from https://github.com/epics-base/pvxs/pull/197#
The crash reproduced — and critically, DAR/R30 = 0x7c000278, the exact same value as the original crash months ago. That's strong confirmation this is a deterministic corruption pattern, not a random bit-flip, and it happened with !155 in place (both #94 and #105 fixed). This rules out mve_isr/the attach-window race
as the cause of this crash — it's unrelated, and the leading libevent/pipe hypothesis remains the live lead.
The mve fixes are validated as not being the source of this particular bug.
