## Summary

fix: validate packager and fall back to `platform.machine()` for unknown arch

Add `get_pkg_arch()` to validate packager support. Fallback to `platform.machine()` for unknown architectures.

This MR introduces a way to validate if given packager is supported or not and

fallback to default arch strings handed by python if not present in the \`arch_map\`
