The include test01.dts file comes from `dtc/tests`. It does not have an explicit license on it. Some of the dts files there are labeled with GPL-2.0 or LGPL-2.1 (or later), but this file was not labeled. It's not really clear to me what the license is of this DTS file, or what the implications are in general for either GPL or LGPL on the DTS files.
