I agree that any request for a revert should be justified. It will also require approvals. I don't want to see churn due to formatting. We have had years now to agree on format, and my current understanding is that we will allow BSP maintainers to choose a format with a preference for either the prevailing RTEMS standard (aka "OAR" format) or the one that is based on the LLVM format that is used by a few other areas of our code.
