## Summary

bsps/arm/tms570: fix `CLKCNTL` preprocessor macro name (removed the 'R' from `CLKCNTRL`)

Minor fix for clarity - the actual register name is `CLKCNTL` - macro should match to avoid confusion in future.  

Did not open an issue for this minor fix.
