RTEMS | bsps/arm/tms570: 4357 variant ADC registers not fully supported (#5611)

## Summary
Most of the ADC registers in `ti_herc/reg_adc.h` are the same for both variants, but the 4357 continues past `ADPWRUPDLYCTRL` with a few additional 'Enhanced Channel' control registers.

## Expected behaviour
Add the unsupported registers behind an `#if TMS570_VARIANT == 4357` guard.
