As part of the GSoC 2026 modular heap support project, I am integrating the rtems_allocator structure. This structure will act as an abstraction layer between the generic heap functions and the heap implementation. The goal is to decouple the generic heap code from implementation specific details and provide a common interface that can support multiple heap allocators.
