Rather than adding a comment that something is broken, this one is remarkably easy to fix. Close this MR. Open a new one against #3791 and change https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/blame/main/cpukit/posix/src/mqueueopen.c?ref_type=heads#L122 to be `CORE_MESSAGE_QUEUE_DISCIPLINES_PRIORITY` rather than `CORE_MESSAGE_QUEUE_DISCIPLINES_FIFO`
