## Summary

cpukit/include: Refactor heapimpl.h

This commit splits heapimpl.h to heapimpl.h and heapfirstfitimpl.h. By moving first-fit-specific definitions into heapfirstfitimpl.h and keeping only generic heap helper definitions in heapimpl.h.
