The addition of the s-mode support with MMU added a cpukit option RISCV_MMU_VIRTUAL_ADDRESS_BITS. This option should be used to control the size of the virtual address (e.g., SV32, SV39, etc.).
The default value should be 32 for rv32 ABI and 39 for rv64.
