RTEMS | Multiple tests do not consider the Thread Local Storage size (#5498)

When looking at the map, I see more than just errno (like `_tls_mp_result` for example). It could be the fact I built the kernel with the driver manager enabled which uses libc function if I remember correctly.
The toolchain was also built with a more recent version of newlib using `rtems-gcc-head-newlib-head`
