Hi @AyahKash

Thanks for your interest in adding regression tests! I've just added a test suite to !1084  that covers exactly these scenarios:

- Default FIFO behavior when mq_ispriority_np is not set
- Priority-based wake-up when enabled
- FIFO ordering among threads with equal priority 

Feel free to take a look at the MR — your feedback and suggestions for extending coverage would be very welcome. We can work together to make the regression protection even stronger.
