RTEMS | Consider adding test cases for more dates later than 2100 (#5507)

    > We need tests for 2100 to 4096 but adding them here increases the test runtime too much. Resolve this with an issue to add test cases somewhere else for those years. Or consider only doing March 1 or something for each year from 2100-4096

If any test cases for dates after 2100 are added, be careful not to increase the test executable execution time. Read the original !339 for details.
