It doesn't look like Scripting.py is there.

I have no idea what I did. I was in a working directory and tried to build. An earlier build may have failed because I didn't have a full set of tools in my PATH. But that's not what happened any other time.

I suppose next time this happens, we need to look at my command history. I was mainly reporting this so it would be logged for anyone else.
