RTEMS | stm32f446ze has multiple warnings (#5509)

## Summary
I am not sure how these slipped by but the stm32f446ze BSP has 64 warnings[report-uniq.txt](/uploads/e04ea15e42f40ba9c471da900d7e2d72/report-uniq.txt) in the BSP source. I think the files were there but this BSP uses a new set of configure options. 

These are the only warnings on the main, so it would be nice to get them fixed.

@santosh.py please fix these.

## Steps to reproduce

Build current _rtems.git_ and look at the log. This was the config.ini I used but I don't think it matters that much as long as you use the right BSP.

BUILD_SAMPLES=True
BUILD_TESTS=True
RTEMS_DEBUG=False
RTEMS_POSIX_API=True
```
