My intention was to test a simple Newlib patch and I ended up fixing a couple of unrated things. It showed up with the sparc/gr740 BSP using this configuration file:
```ini
[DEFAULT]
BUILD_SAMPLES = True
BUILD_TESTS = True
RTEMS_SMP = True
[sparc/gr740]
```
