## Summary

spec/build/bsps/arm/stm32f4: Define STM32F4_FAMILY_F4XXXX for stm32f446ze\

The stm32f446ze BSP did not define STM32F4_FAMILY_F4XXXX,\
which caused the STM32F4 headers to omit register and RCC\
definitions, leading to compilation failures.\
\
Add the required family define to the BSP specification.\
\
Fixes #5509
