The RTEMS header file \<rtems/score/processormask.h\> uses the implementation provided by \<sys/\_bitset.h\> from Newlib. It should be discussed if this something to address following the discussion from https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/merge_requests/1096#note_144045.
