Yes, the test correctly fails with a workspace starvation error prior to this patch (specifically, if the 4KiB padding is left in `can-quekern.c` or if the `CONFIGURE_MAXIMUM_CAN_QUEUES` macro is omitted).

I will format it as a test case under `sptests` and push it to this Merge Request.
