RTEMS | stm32f446ze has multiple warnings (#5509)

It seems like an oversight on my part. When I did my testing, I always had a `STM32F4_FAMILY_F4XXXX = True` in my config.ini file so I never saw this error. 

I've fixed it now. Please let me know if the fix is cromulent or something needs to be changed.
