I have done a test build on 7 for the `aarch64` architecture. The version line is:
```
/opt/work/rtems/7/bin/aarch64-rtems7-gcc --version
aarch64-rtems7-gcc (GCC) 15.2.0 20250808 (RTEMS 7, Build 2026.03.04, RSB b16c4ff6fbf3e9fc0a77eec8d628720d52fe1731-modified, Newlib a7c61498)
```
I decided to make the tag `Build yyyy.mm.ss` to match the existing line so it can be easily parsed
