Author: MITHILESH MATTAPALLI

## Summary

This patch introduces a minimal hello_can application that demonstrates how to initialize the CAN subsystem, register virtual controllers (can_virtual.c), and execute basic POSIX API calls.

Additionally, this commit resolves a missing \<stdlib.h\> compiler error in the x86_display_cpu example flagged by the RTEMS 7 toolchain.
