As discussed in the meeting this evening (03/05/2026) my personal opinion is that we should implement the minimum API to comply with the laws currently in place in California and Brazil, and anticipated laws in Colorado and other jurisdictions. Make a bare-minimum compliant API and make it accessible to the RSB for the end-user to download if they need it. I'm willing to write a basic implementation in anticipation of this implementation, with feedback from others.
