LibBSD | rtems 7, x86_64, machine/in_cksum.h not found (#76)

I can confirm that I do not see it on any of the branches I looked at. It looks like no one has ever built libbsd for x86_64 (amd64 on FreeBSD). 

The one file you are looking for is ./sys/amd64/include/in_cksum.h in FreeBSD sources and has prototypes so I assume there is a source file that also comes along. There is likely more source that needs to come along.

You will also need to add a configuration for the x86_64 BSP to _rtemsbsd/include/bsp/nexus-devices.h_. It may share a lot with the pc386 configuration.

@opticron @eagleirony @chris Can one of you provide more guidance?
