LibBSD | Build failure in rtems-libbsd: duplicate SMC driver module symbols for realview_pbx_a9_qemu BSP (#77)

Removing the following line from `rtemsbsd/sys/dev/smc/if_smc_nexus.c `resolves the build failure:

DRIVER_MODULE(miibus, smc, miibus_driver, 0, 0);

With this line removed, the project builds successfully for the arm/realview_pbx_a9_qemu BSP

I will submit a merge request with this change
