## Summary

bsps/i386: Improve cache management and CPUID handling

- Reorder CPUID calls to query EAX = 0 first for max leaf validation
- Add CPUID leaf 7 variable
- Implement cache operations for various CPU
- Add macros and helper functions for CPU operations
