Project:Branches: D3athSkulll/rtems:standardize-apic-pc386-x86_6 to rtems/rtos/rtems:main
Author: SHIVAM DEOLANKAR
## Summary
Remove the pc386 APIC header and use the APIC definitions provided by the x86_64 BSP. Convert pc386 LAPIC register access from pointer arithmetic to array indexing and update register macros to the LAPIC_REGISTER\_\* definitions used by x86_64.
Fixes #5516
## AI Details
I have read and understood the guidelines.
### Prompt used
Help me convert the register based indexing in pc386 bsp to array based indexing of x86_64 by using a common apic.h for both the bsps. Intend to reuse the apic.h of the x86_64 bsp and delete the apic.h of the pc386.
