Project:Branches: sak8644/rtems:tool-build-key-support to rtems/rtos/rtems:main
Author: saksham balsane
## Summary
Add support for validating the GCC tool build key during configuration.
The GCC version string is inspected for a Build: yyyy.mm.dd label. If present, the build key is validated to ensure the toolchain is compatible with the RTEMS build system.
If a build key is not present in the compiler version string, the check passes as the responsibility is left to the user.
This implements the tool build key validation described in the RTEMS Source Builder changes.
Fixes: #5521
