RTEMS | or1k: Remove architecture and BSPs (!1131)

The removal of the or1k tergets 8.1. Per RTEMS Project policy, removal has to be announced in one release series before being removed in the next. For the or1k, the announcement will be 7.1 and removal afterwards. Assuming there are no users who make a case for keeping it.
